Each Private Nordic skiing course is built around your expectations. Whether you want to try a new discipline or refine a technique you already have, the instructor chooses the exercises best suited to your level and goals.
Throughout the session, the content evolves based on your progress and your sensations. The advice provided allows you to work more precisely on your glide, coordination and efficiency on skis, while gradually becoming more at ease.
To reveal your potential
At the ESI, the Private Nordic skiing course also relies on the quality of the relationship between the child and their instructor. Attentive to the child's reactions and needs, the instructor takes the time to encourage them, highlight their progress and help them gradually overcome difficulties.
This privileged relationship allows the child to gain confidence and develop without pressure. Over the course of the sessions, he or she gains in autonomy, in ease and in the pleasure of practicing. Each course thus becomes a new opportunity to discover the mountains, progress on skis, and develop a taste for Nordic skiing.
