Children's Nordic skiing group lessons
Group Nordic skiing courses designed for children
Les ESI children's Nordic skiing group lessons offer young skiers a suitable environment to learn and progress together. Groups are formed taking into account theage and level of each child, so that the exercises match the participants' abilities.
Depending on the school, children can discover Classic cross-country skiing, the skating or to start learning Biathlon. Throughout the sessions, they work on their balance, coordination and control of the skis, while gradually developing their confidence.
The group dynamic also adds a friendly dimension to learning. Children ski with peers of a similar level, share their discoveries and enjoy progressing together amid the snowy landscapes.

To progress naturally
ESI instructors vary the learning situations to maintain children’s interest throughout the sessions. Games, practical workshops and technical exercises follow one another to work on different aspects of Nordic skiing in an accessible, progressive way.
Each activity helps develop a specific skill: improving glide, refining balance, coordinating movements better or adopting the right reflexes. This approach helps young skiers gradually gain ease and autonomy, while keeping the pleasure of skiing at the heart of it.
in the ESi spirit
With the ESI Nordic Ski Group Courses, children also discover the friendly side of the activity. The sessions are an opportunity to progress with other young skiers, encourage each other and share their first successes in a supportive atmosphere.
Les Small groups allow the instructor to stay attentive to each child's needs and give tailored advice as the sessions go on. Each child can progress at their own pace, gain confidence and gradually become more independent.
Beyond technique, this group experience lets them discover the pleasure of Nordic skiing, enjoy the snowy landscapes and fully experience the mountains.
